Is it really free? What's the catch?
Genuinely free for the first 12 months. We're building our directory and want great B&Bs on board. After year one, it's €79/year — less than a quarter of what most directories charge.
Can I list on WiseB&B and other directories at the same time?
Absolutely. There's no exclusivity. Many of our founding hosts list on both while they see how the bookings compare.
How do guests book — through you or directly with me?
Directly with you. Guests send an enquiry, you reply and confirm. Payment is between you and the guest, exactly as you prefer.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel at any time via your dashboard. No notice period, no penalty, no awkward conversations.
How quickly will my listing appear in search results?
Listings go live within a few hours of submission. Because we're growing our directory, founding hosts get priority placement and extra visibility during our launch period.
